Can Vivot is an Asset of Cultural Interest declared a National Artistic Monument in 1973. Its most relevant aspect is the one given by the reform promoted by the first Marquis de Vivot between 1690 and 1711. Its main courtyard, from the early 18th century, is one one of the most emblematic of Mallorca. Inside the house there are spacious rooms with their original decorations from the 17th and 18th centuries. It has its own parking and is very spacious.
